Delivery & Refunds Policy
We do not accept refunds, however we allow replacement of product of a similar value.
If there is a price difference when replacing product, the difference for the higher value item will have to be made via Paynow.
If products received are not in good condition, to quantify for an exchange, please take pictures on the spot within 1 hour of receiving and send the picture to our team at 87684120 or 90216724
Orders on all other days will receive it the next day between 10am to 6pm
For order placed after 12am, the delivery will be made the next day following.
For self-collection can be done on the same day latest collection by 3pm
Delivery is Islandwide except for Sentosa and Jurong Island (Additional $7 per trip)
